Sample production typically takes approximately 10 days after design approval. Once the sample is approved, full order production usually requires 7 to 10 days.

Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping method. As a result, most fully custom soccer ball orders are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to final delivery.

For returning customers, 50 percent is due to start production and the remaining 50 percent is due before shipment.

Yes. For custom soccer ball orders of 50 units or more, we offer a free sample. Customers cover the sample shipping cost.

All custom soccer balls except thermal bonded balls are shipped deflated to reduce shipping volume and lower freight costs. This makes bulk custom soccer ball and promotional soccer ball orders more cost efficient.

We stand behind the quality of our custom soccer balls. If you receive a ball with a verified manufacturing defect or printing issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, credit, or appropriate solution.
